    All my coins were apologies for ruining Alien Blue. This time when they ruined Apollo, they gave me nothing.

    I deleted my account after deleting every post and reply. They can keep their fake money I didn’t even care to spend.

      Tbh I never really cared for this fake currency at all or engaged with it in any way. I think it is a giant middle finger from reddit to their users, who actually spend money on this kind of stuff. I deleted my account and I will not look back.

    I was on reddit for like 15 yrs or something and I have no idea what coins were, what they could be spent on, or how they were earned. I deleted my account, but I bet I had a bunch. Good riddance fake currency!

    I had so many coins I literally had no idea what they were for. I used narwhal and I don’t think it supported coins.

      You get access to /r/lounge, which is a stupid subreddit with no actual purpose or theme so nothing of value gets posted.

      But also I think you don’t get ads.

          I wouldn’t know. The handful of times I was gilded I took a cursory glance into that subreddit and quickly realized there’s really nothing worth seeing there.

      Yeah, you get them with Premium I think. I never bought it, but someone one gave me an award that came with 700 coins and a month of premium. It was interesting going into the Premium only subs, but nothing special enough spend money on in my eyes. I still have the 700 coins, at least for now, since I didn’t see the point in spending them before all this and I don’t see the point of going back.

        So, basically, people paid reddit real money for fake coins and then reddit took the fake coins away but kept the real money?

        That’s pretty fucking hilarious, honestly. I hope people ditch that site.
