The way your bones work is when a cell dies there will be the garbage crew who comes and cleanes the previous cell’s remains, they clean it all up and leave a nice place for a new cell who takes up the place, gets cozy, and secretes a new bone, burying itself, only connected to other bone-cells through long cytoplasmic connections. And it stays there, buried, until it ages and loses the connections, it dies because it cant feed anymore. Then they clean it up again, so a new cell can bury itself.

I am not satisfied with that answer. You got bipolar mania from an increase in happiness, which doesn’t sit right with me. And he was prescribed antipsychotics, which are treatment for mania. It seems to me to be a case of an unexperienced doctor ceasing treatment because he was afraid of an unexpected result.

There is a difference between falsehood and untruths. If you give a partial answer it can be “not false” and also fail to be truth. Suppose he is asked about the economy and he says some sector is doing good but doesn’t mention the ones doing bad, is he lying? You get false information even though what he says is true.
