I think its definitely valid to be annoyed. I do think a lot of people assume (me included, im not faultless lol) that people dont even consider the other options when they are there they just go to the first place in mind.

Brother are you ok? I genuinely mean that and not in the smart ass way. Shit going on has gotten me salty a good bit too at times and we have to try to keep ourselves from being just adding to the hatred. I havent made any complaints I just mentioned things that do exist that might help in at least some situations because a lot of people are saying theres no option in the comments.
Anecdotally, I moved from the US to a less developed country and these sorta spaces are everywhere some of the coffee shops have even adapted to having better noise control and more private seating which I think is a great answer for this situation.

Fair enough about the libraries. Coworking spaces though yes at least where im from. There was a place in my medium/small town right off main street that used to be a pharmacy. It had a lil cafe inside and was pretty cheap.

I like the idea of the lighting inside simulating the lighting outside you can have supplemental electrical lights to provide enough light to do stuff but if its bright outside it can be brighter and energizing inside when its overcast or evening it can be cozy and relaxing inside.
Id imagine this helps the circadian rhythm a bit but also prevents getting flashbanged when stepping outside during the day and having to wait for the eyes to adjust as much when stepping outside during at night

Coworking spaces exist and a lot of libraries have study/conference rooms you can use for cheap if not free

Good thing drinking bathwater isint a thing…right?

Ignoring them and the issue clearly has not worked.
They can be very quiet nowadays. I have a minisplit thats whisper quiet and I cant hear over my fans that I also run to move the air around
I really prefer solid state these days
You mean the acoustic ones?

Many Americans are fine working in a factory they just dont wanna work in american factory conditions with low pay, long hours, and shite management

Completely my opinion: I think the problem is Mozilla is beholden to the requirement that it MUST grow and make more and more money. It is a business after all.
If Mozilla just focused on maintaining a good product that browses the internet well and just stays there. It doesent have to do cutting edge, it doesn’t have to be ultra quirky. It doesent have to focus on increasing market share. It just needs to focus on being a good product.
People are going to come and go. Opinions change and people do get tired of being taken advantage of. The Honda Civic didnt get so popular because it was the most performant car, the most spacious car, the most efficient car, etc It got popular because while it wasent the MOST of those qualities it was quite good with those qualities.
Firefox’s best bet at this point is maintaining good qualities and being as accessible and compatible as possible.

Might also be marginally better than stuff that releases toxic fumes when burnt?

Its likely they will be forced to and it may even be enforced by group policy at some time in the future if its not already

Works for me. Thanks. Was at work and couldnt look it up at the time
