it depends on the type of person, I feel like. My company has offered those adjustable desks since before COVID. If you walk through our office you’ll always see at least a few raised up. Most people prefer sitting down, but you’ll see enough people getting use out of these that they definitely have some benefit.

211·13 days agoIf the article is accurate it sounds like their “reasonable expectation of privacy” focuses more on the individual than the location of the recording. Or maybe it’s different for “intimate acts”.
Which can be true in other countries too depending on the situation, where ownership of the location doesn’t always allow you to record anybody within without consent.
