Power comes when people know they have it and with power comes responsibility to wield it.
And without education, people either don’t know they have it or don’t know how to use it.

And yet, we pretty much are. Early onset propaganda works. “The government is your friend. The government works for the people. If the government says so, then it must be true.”
If the government hasn’t banned something, then it must be safe/good to use. If the government makes laws to “save the children”, you damn well better believe it!
Children have to be educated in order for them to be inquisitive despite the fear of the unknown. And education is intentionally being neutered, so there is a distinct lack of coherent resistance to exploitative tactics. So without knowing for themselves what’s what, all they can do is follow the popular trends.

Yeah, the science of wishful thinking.
There’s no doubt we can extend life expectancy, just like we can maintain a toxicity free environment.
And yet, here we are today where the rich fucks looking to live longer are killing themselves in the process.

I focused on Jagged Alliance 3 this week. It’s comedic in nature and fun.
The player rents the mercenaries they use, with a few exceptions. They have a map full of squares, and each square is a combat map. Move from place to place, explore, interact with npcs, capture objectives and kill the opposition.
The enemies can be deceptive in strength from square to square. There’s like regular, veteran and elite and some squares have skewed distribution. Without information beforehand, one can easily get overwhelmed…
If also playing on ironman, mercenaries can be lost easily.
Anyway, I only have half a map done and there are raids, to it will take a while longer to reach the end, if I don’t burn out with turn-based games by then.

Oh no. What if they make it affordable?
The coffee thing depends on the person. I know some ADHD sufferers who say drinking coffee before sleep has made it much more peaceful.
Same thing for decompression. It depends on the person finding something which works for them. For me, it’s sudoku or crosswords. For others, it’s having a drink with friends and venting about the day. Or letting the tv run in the background. Or having a small lamp projecting stars on the ceiling. A long, warm bath. A walk in the dark through open spaces. Cuddling. Having sex. Etc.
It changes every time, but the idea remains the same, to remove the imprint of the day and allow the mind to move on.
You forgot “I’m horny for this fictional character I’m never going to meet or touch in this lifetime”.

Not the only ones. There are supposedly at least 3 studios considered for closure, among which is also Obsidian.
I feel like microbrain wants to offload costs of making games unto crowdfunded indies and just reap the profits on its store/platform.
Quality of sleep is also important and not decompressing before going to sleep will very much lower quality.
It would be were the rewards reflecting it.
It’s important self-care. Do it for your mental health!
I place tacks in my shoes, so judge me all you want.

Considering cops barely get any training at all these days and it took decades to even consider PTSD as a possibility for armies, I’d lean towards nah.
If you take his spot, do you also fuck his wife?

Yeah. Easy enough game that can get more complicated with each unlock and rng picks.
Made it past the last boss on the first run. Did the same with the second ship, but I lost randomly with the third.
Plenty of ways to go at it with each unlock and bonus, while also increasing the difficulty, but it does get repetitive when you’re not in the mood for repetition.
So, between Hitler and Reagan, if you were to time travel…

A lattice is a latch.
A latice theory is the theory that if you lock it, they will come.
There was a fable about a country on the edge of starvation. The nobles hoarded goods and the peasantry was growing resentful. To save their country from falling apart, officials imported foreign foods/seeds and distributed them freely among the masses. Unfortunately, the peasantry was already very suspicious and thought the aristocracy was trying to poison them so they wouldn’t share any of the real food and rejected the gesture. Instead they began robbing and looting.
With little time to waste, one official came up with an idea. The peasantry didn’t trust wealth given freely, so why not treat the imported stuff as valuables and have the peasants rob that instead?
So they made fake convoys filled with the stuff and let the masses rob as much as they wanted.
In the end, the peasantry took to the foreign foods/seeds like ducks to water, the country was saved and the aristocunts immediately began to exploit the new products, which caused a revolution and the end of the monarchy. The end.
As you can probably tell by now, none of it is true, but I felt like writing it, so you’re welcome.

Paramount/Skydance unholy merger. I believe they recently cancelled an Avatar: Airbender game and are planning to sell off the franchise because they don’t want to do kiddy stuff.
Probably terrorize everyone with explosive drones.
