Copyright law is highly harmonized in most countries, and has been for a very long time https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berne_Convention

I mean you could run it from places that don’t really respect copyright laws but that means no EU etc.

The network effect makes this unlikely to take off. But in theory it’s possible, and I suppose somebody probably has created/will create one as a hobby project/prototype that a small number of people will use.

I have submitted my thesis and things are indeed better. Long journey, don’t know if it was fully worth it, time will tell, but now that it’s done, I am feeling good.
