minus-square@smileyhead@discuss.tchncs.delinkfedilink3•2 years agoElectron is for desktops OSes, so I think SE are talking about different things. And it’s not only about performance, even when that programs are running on best machines it still looks like alien and not fit.
VSCode is the only Electron program I know of that does not feel like using McDonald’s kiosk on virtual machine over remote desktop.
