@acupofcoffee This is 100% true! My “use case” I was thinking of was configuring a stand-alone mastodon instance for myself to “comment” on lemmy posts / comments. Not sure how effective that will be.
The best part is this huge spike just means more devs coming to the platform! Kbin is good, but maybe someone comes out with a new application that can easily do all of this even better!
