The restaurant is supposed to pay the difference. You’re likely to be accused of not reporting cash tips or made to feel like shit because you can’t earn __$/hr.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
