minus-square@lagomorphlecture@lemm.eelinkfedilink3•2 years agoAdjust your diet. Add pea or soy protein powder if you need to and make sure you’re eating a lot of beans and tofu and tempeh. Most likely losing muscle is due to protein deficiency so that’s your answer.
