As some of you already have seen the lemm.ee admins have announced that the instance is shutting down at the end of the month.
The question for us is where should we migrate next.
Returning to !football@lemmy.world is always an option, alternatively we could move to either another established and stable lemmy instance or migrate to a piefed instance.
Piefed instances federate with lemmy instances as normal, and it allows for adding flairs to community posts and users, something not yet implemented on Lemmy. I haven’t tried Piefed myself yet so I would need to dig more into it if it is a popular option.
Ultimately the choice for our next destination is up to you guys!

Yes, the rough patch on November. We didn’t win any matches in that period, which is still crazy to think about.
We are going to spend big this summer. Reinders, Gibbs-White, Cherki are a few players we are chasing. Grealish, Bernardo, Stones are rumored to be on the way out. At least, that looks like the plan, we can still end up not getting any target and the squad stays the same.
Too many injuries. Can’t believe they still got 3rd place though.
