Lawyer, novelist, judge, unsuccessful political candidate, high-school wrestling mentor, Fox News talking head, author of Test Prep Guide to Accompany New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice: A Practical Guide… film maker. Whether you agree or disagree with the viewpoints Ken del Vecchio attempts to promote in some of his films, there’s one thing we can all agree on: they’re terrible!
Ken, through Justice For All Productions, produces, writes & acts in most of his films, as well as occasionally directing, & likes to cast family members. Repeat (non-family?) collaborators include Dylan Bank as director, and actors like Charles Durning, Robert Loggia, Tony Todd, Martin Kove, Todd Bridges (yes, Willis from Diff’rent Strokes) & the cameomeister himself, Eric Roberts (literally dialling in his performance over video conferencing… or even just recycling his video conferences from earlier films in later ones).
So far, I’ve only seen 2 del Vecchio films, Joker’s Poltergeist and A Karate Christmas Miracle, both in Mastodon watch parties (#KungFuSat & #MondayActionMovie), which turned those truly terrible films into a truly hilarious experience. Would like to see more… but only in watch parties! (OMG, is this real?!?!)
Ken went on a real spurt during the 2010s, but hasn’t made anything since 2020’s A Wrestling Christmas Miracle and conspiracy flick 4 Presidents (if anybody got taken down by vaccine-preventable COVID-19, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a conspiracy theorist who couldn’t even win the Libertarian nomination for political office.)
Phew, he’s still around! Here is " Judge Kenny D’s Personality Sizzle Reel " from 2022. MUST WATCH! (oh boy)

Cries of the Unborn (2017) with a spectacular 74% giving it a the lowest possible score on Letterboxd. 1.7/10 on IMDB. Based on the reviews it’s 12 Angry Men where 1 juror convinces the other 11 that it’s perfectly okay to kidnap someone as long as you’re preventing an abortion.
See? Compare “A Karate Christmas Miracle” to Don ‘The Dragon’ Wilson’s “The Martial Arts Kid.” Del Vecchio is bad pathetically, but The Dragon is bad joyously.
The first few minutes of The Martial Arts Kid did have me wondering if it was a Kenneth del Vecchio film.
