I think it’s because it’s a big fridge, but it’s empty most of the time so the there’s nothing to keep the cold air in the moment you open the door

I’ve had the same issue, it seems to go bad within a few days. I buy the organic milk that is ultra pasteurized, no issues with that going bad quickly.

Yeah, it just lasts longer. But adding oat milk to oats to make super porridge is a line I’m too scared to cross

I use it for baking.
Add it to the dry ingredients at the ratio needed to reconstitute instead of the milk. It makes a better dough. (You’ll also need to increase the water by the same so you have the same moisture content.)
