minus-squaremihnt@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up2·3 years agoMy favorite has to be cheese tortellini, zucchini, yellow squash, sun dried tomato pesto, with some butter. So amazing. I always make sure to cut stripes down the sides of both squashes so they aren’t too rubbery though.
