It’s decent. Gets the job done with minimal fuss, decent customization, and it’s open source.

I can’t say there’s really much difference between the biggest sms apps currently other than looks, so qksms being open source is pretty major

I used QKSMS a loooong time ago. It was my default sms app. I really liked the minimal design.

I use Partisan SMS because I send myself encrypted scheduled messages as a reminder.
