Honestly, I miss reddit… Reddit is gone but I’m still fond of it.
I miss what it was. Now what it became. I miss finding a new hobby, typing it in the search bar and finding a community with thousand of people who have been talking about it for years. Then you ask a question and people answer. Now I ask a question about Arduino, which should be a huge community, and I get 5 likes and no answers on Lemmy.

Guys the upvote colour is right, I’m on jerboa that’s what colour it is for me
So, I actually did a research on upvote color buttons in different Fedi apps. The colors of up and downvotes are all over the place. This was for a study regarding swipe actions intended to help Artemis app’s dev.

Also same happens with Elon bad, Twitter bad, Facebook bad
And it will happen with favourite Lemmy instances, but we will be able to ditch that bad part, migrate, and continue to live on well.
