A photo of Army biologists was on a list of images to be purged, seemingly because it mentioned they were recording data about fish that included their gender.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has defended the move, arguing that DEI initiatives undermine military cohesion and operational effectiveness.

Isn’t Hegseth himself a DEI hire?

I mean he’s just a weekend TV show host with zero competence or merit for the job he was handed.

I hear he’s a DUI hire. An added layer to the second trump administration is that they only hire COMPLETELY unqualified candidates. I’m pretty sure DEI hires are required to be competent.

Several things have changed. For example, Godwin’s law has been suspended, because Nazi comparisons have become factual.

The Onion stories becoming indistinguishable from reality is another.

Apologizing for using someone as an insult doesn’t make it OK.
