So redhead & Spider-Man says Mary Jane, but this universe went with Zendaya for Mary Jane, so that’s out.

The other famous Marvel redhead is Jean Grey, but I just don’t see Spider-Man 4 being the introduction of mutants in the MCU.*

That being said if Marvel/Sony have made a to be announced deal that gives Marvel a lot more Spider-Man freedom, it’s possible.

The other option would be Gwen Stacy.

I don’t think Black Cat, but only because I’ve seen other better fan casting for that.

*Technically Multiverse of Madness introduced mutants with Charles Xavier, but that was a different universe. Or we have The Marvels mid/post credits, but again multiverse. Or we have the real introduction in Ms Marvel where Kamala’s friend says “mutant” and the X-Men theme plays.

No no no, they called her Michelle, she’s a different MJ. Totally not supposed to be Mary Jane at all.

      /s

On a more serious note, it’s okay if they just create new characters, too. It doesn’t all have to be adaptation.

I’d be ok with that too. Although I expect if they go that route they’ll do something similar to Ned Leeds where they elevate a minor character and give them a different role.
