I don’t even know who to trust here. Apple has motivation to highlight how Apple Intelligence is massive success (irrespective of whether it is true or not) and Google has an incentive to play up the strength of their service.

It very clearly is hurting search results this is just corpo pr for their favorite new avenue for artificial growth.
