That being said, the title games don’t make as much sense with mega conferences. You could have, like, 3 teams undefeated (or like 8-1) in conference play and so what happens to the 3rd team? I say shrink the conferences back to 8 to 10 teams each

Ryan Day tried five or six times to run it in at the goal line and could not. In the end they got the TD by throwing it, but they just aren’t a physical team and I don’t know why they try to act like they are in these situations (not like I’m complaining lol). I feel the same way on the other side. Had no opinion of Georgia before the 2019 Sugar Bowl, but something about that game rubbed me the wrong way. I think it was the sense of entitlement from the UGA fans and players, as if they deserved a playoff berth instead. (Fully aware that our fanbase and program also have those issues.)

But since that game, y’all have had our number and picked up the titles to boot, so I don’t think Georgia has anything to worry about whenever they play Texas

Texas fell asleep for the entire second half (something like 8 punts in a row), letting ou back in it, until we remembered Cam Coleman is on our team (he caught a 40 yard pass to revive our offense)

He never should have been considered in the running (nor Ewers before him, tbh)

I am really enjoying how inept ou is this season, and particularly on offense
