Why doesn’t stat counter count those marked “unknown” as Linux?

Pls note this is mostly about why I left reddit and when clicking “ALL” brings bad memories back and has me fear people on lemmy will do the same things

I was in the bigger instances until 2023. it was a general purpose one. I also didn’t wanna get too overwhelmed with all of the servers

I plan on using Windows at home and Mac for college and stuff when I go. Linux, maybe to store photos I think
