5 inch, square screen without camera cutouts, removeable battery, headphone jack, no Google, barely any camera bumps? Give me a midrange/pro version of this, please?

That’s Windows, not Android. Edit: might be pretty to cool to run Linux on this thing tho

Really? That’s awesome! Thanks for letting me know

There’s one thing i truly loved about Samsung devices: there is an option to turn that off build-in (hold the rotate button in quick settings when rotate is off, i believe).
Sadly, a toggle is not present in AOSP (as far as i know)…

Agreed, hate this so much! I used this ADB command:
adb shell settings put secure show_rotation_suggestions 0
Make sure to toggle ’ Disable permission monitoring’ if your device has such a feature (also located in Developers Settings). If that’s not there, the ADB command should be sufficient.
Let me know if it worked for you :)
This is OP’s i don’t know how many new account, constantly complaining about how pirated games (even games from respectable companies who should be paid for their awesome work, such as Cyberpunk) and things like Brave won’t work on Linux. It’s the same thing over and over again, just with different accounts.
That’s where my downvote comes from. I would love to help (if i could), and many others here would too, but this is just getting really annoying.

TL;DR
Also; fuck Google.
If upvotes are “i like/i agree”, why shouldn’t a downvote be " i don’t like/i disagree"? Why are people making something else out of it?
And this is exactly why downvoters shouldn’t be blocked, even if it’s only for a while: now they can elaborate why they downvote.
Yes, that’s true. But what’s the point of asking something to a community if you’re not willing to handle criticism?

In this case, yes. Because next time i downvote something, i’m not allowed to explain why. How respectful i may be, you take away my freedom to share my opinion. On a open platform, of all… This is a place of discussions, criticism often is a part of that. Can’t handle that? This place might not be for you.
Downvoters can disagree on something, hence the downvote. I don’t mind seeing your post, because it opens a new discussion for a possible new feature. Now we can talk about whenever it is a good thing or not. And i simply think it is not.

Hello, i downvoted this because i strongly disagree, but that doesn’t mean i’m not open to discuss this (are discussions not why platforms like this exist in the first place?). A downvote doesn’t mean i don’t care, like you suggest.
People should be allowed to agree AND disagree, and still be allowed to explain why they downvote.

Can’t find anything about the battery being removeable or not. Would like to know that. If it does have that, i might try this one out! Sounds very interesting.
I’ve noticed your posts a couple of times now. Just pay for your fucking games, especially from the companies that still have a heart for gaming. You get a game that most likely will work on Linux, they get paid for their work.
Agreed, but the poll on the website shows more people vote for ‘more blurr’ too (tho 500+ votes don’t say all). I really don’t like were this is going…
Perhaps the ‘add new apps to the homescreen’ option is a little buggy? Like maybe the launcher thinks an updated app is a new app? Try turning that off.
I had the issue appear when sliding apps into folders straight out of the appdrawer. If i add it to the homescreen first and then drag it into a folder, the issue is gone.
Hope any of this helps.

I’m not sure Android 8.1, or your Blackberry, has this feature, but i did this once by setting audio to ‘mono’ and let everything go through the left speaker (which is the top one, in my case at least). Try searching for ‘mono’ in your settings and see if it’s there.
Edit/note: i think this also applies to external audio devices, you might want to change it again when you use headphones etc.

“Parts of the phone reached a scorching 130° Fahrenheit, which is hot enough to burn your skin after about 30 seconds. During a few stress tests, the phone completely closed all apps and disabled functions like the LED flash to manage heat”.
I know this is during benchmarks and the average consumer would not get anywhere near this, but still… 130°F (54,44°C)?!? I think 113°F (45°C) is already a little too warm to be comfortable…
