It lets you develop apps for macOS without having to buy an Apple product. Some people are also really used to using macOS-exclusive software like Final Cut Pro.
And in the case of gaming, someone successfully ran League of Legends with their own darling fork.
If anybody is interested: distros like Secureblue and Kicksecure (and Kicksecure-based ones like Whonix) reduce attack surface by disabling a bunch of kernel modules, and further harden the kernel via sysctl settings and kernel arguments. Secureblue also sends a notification whenever a system update fixes a vulnerability.

My guy, Nick Fuentes isn’t voting for the Democratic Party because he became a socialist or something. The Democratic Party is a far-right party.
Some Republicans are protest voting for Democrats to try to turn the Republican Party anti-Zionist. I’ll give them credit for being at least more principled than the average American leftist though.
Nym seems incredibly recent and pretty obscure. I’d recommend using AirVPN or IVPN instead (or Mullvad if you’re not bothered by their politics).
Definitely Fedora. It needs a bit of setting up, but otherwise has awesome security and rather recent packages.
“Listen to this Zionazi for political theory” no thanks.
I do believe he is a genuine anti-imperialist
Hasan supported a candidate that went on 4 combat tours in the Middle East, that guarded the Abu Ghraib concentration camp YEARS AFTER the human rights violations came out, that ran on the campaign promise of strengthening the Epstein military; and he only stopped supporting him when it turned out that the guy had raped an American woman.
He also broke BDS by going on Haaretz (where he condemned the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation), and he very recently retweeted Ziohran’s October 7th statement where the motherfucker literally mourns the dead IOF terrorists.
Not sure how he was before his collaboration with the DSA, but he’s certainly an American supremacist now.

Yeah, you’re not beating the allegations.
Learn to disagree without being rude or disrespectful.
It can be difficult sometimes, since western social media thrives on collective outrage, and they knowingly ingrain this into us for years. But please do adhere to this rule, and it will make this place much more enjoyable.
duhh, how dare these damn tankees say that western social media thrives on outrage 😤
Aww, look at the underhanded insults 😂
Here it is. Could you enlighten me with where it says that they “support a specific political ideology and will not tolerate dissent”?
Sadly, dumb shitheads like you have no capacity to read or question anything 😢

That is the instance’s sidebar b██h. I followed your instructions and got there.
I decided to block the lemmy.ml instance entirely to avoid any further interaction.
Thank you ☺️
Which one do you have a problem with? The first rule?
The link is benchmarks for the amd64v3 micro-architecture, not specific to Ubuntu. CachyOS repositories also have a bunch of packages that you would otherwise use the AUR for on Arch. An example: https://packages.cachyos.org/package/cachyos/x86_64/euro-office-bin
