minus-square@Maggoty@lemmy.worldlinkfedilink1•1 year agoNope, no amendment. Just a mafia style deal you can’t refuse. If a state lowers it’s drinking age they lose federal highway funding. Come to think of it, I’m surprised one of these radical republican governors hasn’t done it yet.
