    They don’t need the water now. It’s for farmland, but this isn’t the time of year they need it.

    • So what you’re saying is it’s an investment in draining off the needed water for the future. Meaning in a few years when they are running low on reserved water for crops California will lose revenue on crops, and food prices will increase across the U.S.

        Try later this summer. We stock up rain during our rainy season, which is now. He’s trying to tank our economy because he hates California.
