As much as I love her, this country has shown time and time again it is unwilling to elect a woman president. It sucks, and I don’t like it, but the Dems need to run a dude.

Edit: good job hivemind, proving you’re still alive and strong considering there’s a top comment saying the exact same thing.

Hillary won the popular vote. While yes, America does have a sexism problem, I don’t think being a woman is that big of a problem for the candidates.

Being a terrible candidate who is insanely out of touch with Americans is the problem. They just need to run women who are willing to fight for what Americans want.

I don’t know enough about her campaigns to say why she didn’t win. Is there any indication that Americans thought she was going to fight for what they want?

Is there any polling indication that showed to show drumpf winning? I know polling isn’t an indication of reality. But living where I do, I run into a lot of first time home buyers who had no idea the big K was going to give them a $25k credit.

Even worse, some of them recently became Russia supporters.

Yeah, I kept hearing it a lot before the election. It was roughly ~51-49 in favor of Trump.

I’m not sure how the rest of your comment is related? Can you explain?

What solid women have we had as options? I have seen women on social media who were more electable than anyone who made it through either party’s gauntlet. At this point I expect our first woman president will be a Republican.
