My last employer had a policy of giving paid leave for National Guard duty. Up to two weeks. After that, maybe you can supplement your income by stealing wallets off some protestors.
I think they mostly get paid regardless because of the optics, and cant get fired for missing days. People used to take pride in hiring national guard. I think they will start to see lay offs which will be an interesting dynamic for the maga crowd.
