The agreement, in total, is set to cover approximately 75 games throughout the college football season. The cost of attendance at participating locations will be decided by each theater.

The deal also includes all six NY6 bowl games and the National Championship.

    I don’t know about regular season. But that would be awesome for bowl games.

    Okay now this is interesting. If I couldn’t go in person, it would be cool to watch a NY6/National Championship at an Alamo Draft House or similar theater.

    Honestly, this is a long-overdue use of the move to digital projection. Huge screen, powerful sound, snack (or these days, even meal) compatible venue, accommodating of loud crowds. I reckon it was probably the addition of beer sales at all the Alamo Drafthouse style dinner-and-show places that put the idea over the top, though.
