Given current character limits on Lemmy sidebars, this post will serve as the official Master List of College Football Communities on fanaticus.social.
All team links should work if your account is registered on fanaticus.social. If you are registered on a different Lemmy instance and your team’s link is not working, you will have to go through the following steps:
- Copy your team’s full fanaticus.social URL (e.g. https://fanaticus.social/c/georgiabulldogs). If you don’t know your team’s URL, search here, change the type to “Communities” and the scope to “Local”, and type in your team’s name. The community should come up in the search. Click on the community and copy the URL from the browser.
- Paste this URL into your instance’s search engine (e.g. https://lemmy.world/search).
- It can take a few minutes to find the community. Once it shows up, links to the community will work for all users on your home instance.
- Subscribe to the community. Subscribing to the community is the only way to make new posts/comments update for all users on your home instance.
