Weird game. Most of these plays, it looks like UT could just shut it down by cramming it down the Cougs’ throats, but then they screw up a blocking assignment and then throw weird passes.
This TD should be it if UH doesn’t respond on the next drive though.

Uh, that 2 play sequence is very concerning for our D… but props to Houston for evidently being inspired by Penix’s heroics last week
I know the announcers are salty the Houston TD was reviewed and changed to short because there’s no clear angle from the side, and I get that, but we could see from the sky cam that his shin was down in front of the 1/2 yard line and the ball was physically behind his knee, so right call. They ended up getting their TD anyway
