As it has been nearly a year since I last posted this here, and we have a lot of updates, I’ve decided to post this list again for those who are having a difficult time keeping track. Especially since the US has now started a war without even an AUMF before the editors have even had time to put up December’s update, I think it prudent to keep this at the forefront of our minds.

Edit: note that this is only for his second term. There is a link to the ORIGINAL “Lest We Forget The Horrors” at the top of the unending catalogue here, and that includes trump’s first term. I personally recommend downloading both as PDFs, since then they still exist if some fascist decides that this satire website is too zealously exercising first amendment rights and needs to be shut down.

Because the people who I voted to stop fascism didn’t actually stop trump.

I voted for Biden to arrest Trump, he didn’t. He slow rolled his arrest and look where that got us.

I voted for Harris and she sadly lost because she didn’t want to have popular policies and said everything was fine while people were having issues with groceries bills (that have only gone up with Trump).

And every time I advocated for Harris to adopt things to help her win I was told we didn’t need to worry, they didn’t need to support the people who vote for Democrats, and cater to the mythical “non-Trump Republican”. By standing with the war criminal Dick fucking Chaney.

If the lesser evil is willing to work with the architect of the war on terror that killed hundreds of thousands and caused nothing but strife for the people of Iraq and Afghanistan (instead of the Suadis who funded Bin Laden, who just happened to help with oil for Dubya and are good buddies with Trump), they are the evil of 2004.

It’s better, but I have every right to demand better in the primaries (that they argued in court they don’t have to be fair) and use my 1st amendment rights before Trump removes them.

I know this is difficult to understand, but I can critique the people who say they are going to stop Trump’s fascism and failed to do so, without supporting Trump’s fascism ruining the lives of my friends and family. Criticism is how we get better ideas. Maybe we try some that aren’t from 2008’s politics.
