Once the court cases are resolved, Zdorovetskiy is expected to be deported as an ‘undesirable alien.’ However, bother the US and Russia, where the YouTuber holds both passports, refuse to acknowledge and deport him. Until then, he remains under maximum security in Muntinlupa.

Fun facts about Filipino prisons:

This isn’t even a traditional prison. This is effectively a “short-term” holding facility for immigration cases. I put short term in quotes cause the average stay is like 2 years. It’s dirty, it’s crowded, you sleep head to foot with thousands of other people, he gets a dollar and 30 cents of food a day, like all the other detainees.
