That’s the wording in the constitution. They just say that undocumented migrants amount to an invasion and they can suspend it.
It’s not like the supreme court is going to override them on that.

The appeals court straight up said it is in no way, shape, or form an invasion, and they have to have their day in court no if, and, or buts.

They don’t have the right (because it’s illegal) to do a lot of the stuff they’ve done and yet here we are.
